you can't directly connect 2 computers with a USB cable, you need a special cable which has an adaptor unit built in to do it. Can't remember how much they cost, but like the others say your best using a proper network card & a crossover cable | |

Ill soon have a laptop and was wondering if i get a USB cable A-A so it connects laptop to desktop pc, can i send stuff from desktop to laptop via USB? |
