What a crock of shit!

I have no problem with the broadband service but the email is plop!

Ive tryed going through everything i think.

I rang NTL mate & their reply was your email address does not exist.
Even though i'd been using it for 2 years.
I now have to get my dad to ring up to get his password so I can add my address again.
I was using Outlook Express 7 I could send, but like you not recieve

Outlook - just importing (trying) my mail over from NTL coz i hate their crappy email page.

Can send mail from this account - but i cannot recieve any :boggle:

I have the outgoing mail server set to smtp.ntlworld.com which is correct - any ideas anyone?
