if you are going for an AMD processor, get one that runs at 333mhz not 266 as you will be able to upgrade. The 2400 is the fastest you can get on the 266, so you cant just upgrade the processor.

Hard Drive:80GB UDMA 100 7200RPM HD £54.05
Graphics Card:GeForce2 Graphics O/B (nForce Chipset) included
CD/DVD-ROM Drive:48x CD-ReWriter and 16x DVD-ROM Drive £38.42
Floppy Drive:3.5" 1.44MB floppy drive £9.87
Sound Card:Creative Labs SoundBlaster LIVE 5.1 £24.15
Modem:10/100 Ethernet Card and 56K V.92 Modem £10.58 + £17.51
Monitor:17" Samsung 753 FLAT SVGA Colour Monitor £148.64
Speakers:2 Satelite Speakers and Subwoofer £33.19
Case:Black ATX Super Midi tower case £28.00
Keyboard:Logitech Black Keyboard £25.85
Mouse:Logitech Black Optical Mouse £39.74 (better mouse)

All that comes to £572.48 inclusive of vat.

I could have got it a little lower but couldn't be bothered to compare prices from different companies. Think u might want to price around 500 and the warrenty stuff would add a bit to the value.

Hope this helped :)

I think i could buy all that brand new for under £600. But most people don't realise how much they could save by building there own PC.
