Tried checking the Page Setup settings, to make sure you don't have it set to A5 paper or something similar? | |

Have you tried to connect from your PC > printer as opposed to PC > hub > printer? | |

You could have a conflict with your USB hub and another piece of hardware. | |

turn it off then on, new driver's pull the mains plug after turning it off then plug it back in (sometimes work's) | |
