Tried checking the Page Setup settings, to make sure you don't have it set to A5 paper or something similar?

Have you tried to connect from your PC > printer as opposed to PC > hub > printer?

You could have a conflict with your USB hub and another piece of hardware.

Drivers are upto date
Cable is fine (Quite new)
Using a USB port (through a hub)

    turn it off then on, new driver's pull the mains plug after turning it off then plug it back in (sometimes work's)

    failin that hit it

    tried that and also tried reinstalling
    Works fine with laptop just not main computer
