Cloud logo (confusingly) doesn't mean iCloud. Just means you've added the song to your library but haven't downloaded it yet.

Try turning on "iCloud Music Library" in the Music settings, see if it solves the issue.

Has iOS 9.2 update sorted it? Sure I read there were improvements to Apple Music in the 9.2 update.

Have you get the music to iCloud copying set to on?

I don't like spotify, I like the integrated approach of Apple Music.

Thanks.

Happened to me as well. One of the reasons I switched back to Spotify, actually.

Worst issue was how it replaced a lot of the music I've ripped from my CD collection with wrong versions of the same songs, removing explicit versions, in a lot of cases.

That's a bit of a nightmare. Try Spotify. Been using it for ages now and never had any problems. It's cheaper as well.

I use this on my iPhone. I make everything available offline so I can listen to it whenever wherever.

Problem is, Everytime I have done a software update, it removes all songs and albums from my phone and I have to re-download them. Which is annoying. Is this happening to anyone else? It doesn't delete the list, so I can easily see what was on my phone, just the contents is no longer available offline.
