That not the extension that got a lot of flack for doing some shady things behind your back? Or am I thinking of something else?

Did it? Maybe? AVG didn't like it, read up on it before I installed and people seemed to think it was ok, I could be wrong though!

https://www.unblock-us.com/supported-services

Basically no difference between the two. If you really need the app, then sure, that's nice, but honestly you could just bookmark unblock-us.

I liked it more as the app is very handy,to update IP and change regions on things like netflix very easily. Supports way more services

When I was in the US, I spent most of my time proxy'ing back into the UK for Netflix. True Story

I remember when I used Netflix on the Xbox360, could change the DNS settings so that it would be US-Netflix, can this be done for later consoles and if so how?

I use Unblock Us too - it's billed in Canadian dollars so it's dirt cheap. Also unlocks Hulu but you can't get a paid account with them without a US bank account/PayPal account :(

I like unotelly, unblocks lots of things and has app so can change region to any countries Netflix

I use https://www.unblock-us.com/ and it's definitely worth it.

Not just for US Netflix, but for searching things like flixsearch.io to find movies and shows in other countries.

I have googled, but so much stuff and just sounds confusing.

Have a smart tv with Netflix, connected to wireless router. How do I get U.S Netflix, and is it really worth it?

Thanks
