If you go through the process you get asked if you're VAT Registered or not. Click no and it still lets you go through and claim.

Great deal if you know someone with a VAT number and company to pull it off. Get £100 back from HP if you have a piece of shit old laptop lying around.

thats what i thought steve but there seems to be rumblings that with FM beeing so processor heavy that it will overclock, then run hot, then run alot slower and dramtically effect the game ?

Why Intel over AMD out of intrest, espically considering there is one of each in those links above

Anything purchased in the last decade will be sufficient.

In other words just buy the cheapest new thing you can find you like the look of.

Might be worth making sure it has an Intel chip though.

Pow, Willay etc etc blah

need a budget laptop (sub £250) for a few bits, but really want it to be capable of running football manager as well

PC System Requirements
•OS: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8
•Processor: Intel Pentium 4, Intel Core, AMD Athlon XP: 1.6GHz+ V/7/8: 2.2GHz+
•Memory: 1 GB RAM
•Graphics: NVidia GeForce FX 5900 Ultra, ATI Radeon 9800, Intel GMA X3100 - 128MB VRAM
•DirectX: Version 9.0c
•Hard Drive: 3 GB available space

as far as my limited knowledge can tell these are capable despite beeing the much hated windows 8 (i know i'll have the option to upgrade to 10)

The 2 ive identified on specs and reviews are the below, but am i missing something obvious in the specs or more importantly is there something better for the price
