Sounds like you need (central) network storage but rsync would be my go to.

Bittirrent sync didn't even on the work network. Not sure if they block a port it requires or something

rsync+run it to sync every minute or so :3

BtSync is a doddle? Create a key and paste it into the software on the other machine?

Any suggestions for syncing files between computers, Windows and Macs are involved but can't use anything server based like Dropbox as this involves work files so all files need to stay local to just the computers involved.
Bittorrent Sync looked the perfect solution but couldn't get it to work,

Obviously I could rsync but between 3 machines its not a great solution and is not realtime.
