Depending what you mean by "office work" you could literally pick up any laptop on the planet and it'll do what you want.

Things to consider is what screen size you're after and what sort of battery life you expect.

Battery can be pretty shit on cheaper laptops, but if it's never used on the go it doesn't matter much.
