in frontpage , write the videos name into a web page of your site, then convert the name into a hyperink which leads to the video.of course you need to copy the video into a folder e.g "images"

i have topcities, they give you 150mb space, but only let you upload 900kb at a time, so i used a ftp client, but no joy
