Apple TV and laptop.

Can set unblock-us up on PS3 as well, easily enough, but never bothered with it.

I use unblock-us.com.
Not free, but very cheap.

Also has the benefit of making your Netflix region interchangeable.
For instance The Canadian Netflix has 6 seasons of Dexter while the show isn't on the American Netflix.
I've also found the Danish Netflix has a better selection of movies.

I often switch between regions to get different content.
