That's the point though it would put the stuff in over the top. I know it doesn't add any thing information wise but would be cooler imo to augment it, it's what I was expecting hence my disappointment | |

I decided to buy the full version of SkyView in the end, and its great that I can also use the full iPad version at no extra cost too. :cool: | |

I had something like this whereby it shown you patterns and positioning in a live view (based on GPS and direction) and it overlayed that on screen. | |

Believe its called Google Skymap on the play store. I used to have it on my Desire. Try search for that on iTunes store. | |

My sister-in-law's husband has some kind of app on his Samsung phone that gives him the names of stars as he waves his phone around in the air (using GPS I imagine). |
