Just had a look and its in Settings --> Sounds --> Digital Output Delay. | |

One problem I had when going from the sky box to surround sound system direct is that the picture and audio were out of sync. And I don't mean a little bit I mean the audio was about 2 seconds before the picture. Had to go from the tv to the surround with an optical cable to get it right. | |

Only thing with Optical from the skyHD box is that the HD channels are really loud in comparison to the standard channels. I ended up getting annoyed and took it out in the end | |

You've got optical, so i'd use that; at least then you'd get 5.1 etc. Failing that, you should have a stereo pair (red/white phono's) which you can use for 2.0/stereo. | |

What Sky box and LG system have you got? And how have you got it connected currently? | |

Had Sky installed a while back and have never conected it to my home cinema for some reason :boggle: |
