Welcome pack and viewing card get sent out before install date, dont think there is any option to get it sent anywhere other than the install address. Installation engineer will bring a box with him on install day.

We have a moving date of April 20th into a new use and if we order our sky package online, we can't select the same day as the day for installation. If we select the 13th for our moving date, we can select the 20th for installation.

Sky's online help service seems very erm... New Dehli, so I thought I'd ask here...

If we select the earlier date, what problems are we likely to encounter?

Do sky send out the box pre hand, and if so, can we have it delivered to another address?

Anyone?
