Hmm, its confusing me, i always thought it synced with the time of windows, which is set correct and set as GMT.

Maybe your itunes is under another region? Thats all i can think of

Everytime i plug my iPhone in and it sync's to iTunes, it ALWAYS changes the time on the iPhone, it always add's 7 hours onto what ever time it is. Anyone shed any light? Really annoys me having to change the time back every time ive put new music on etc.
