Ok guys... reformatting question for ya.

My computer might be the most unstable ever! Crashes most of the time, oh how i love the windows blue error screen

Running Windows ME by the way (yes i know its shite, but thats the reboot cd i got with the computer) (dont buy a TIME computer by the way!)

Whats the best way to flatten my hard disk, wiping EVERYTHING! so that i can reboot the pc with either a new OS or use the emergency boot cd again (for the 40th time i think)

Ive tried a few things before.. ends up the same result.

Thoughts?
