That's pretty cool, I have an app on the mac that does it for my iphone with facebook, but obviously that's a better solution! Pay attention apple!

Windows is a user friendly phone and nout like a blackberry. It's not aimed at being a competitor to the iPhone or the androids it's aimed at the Market of people who want a touchscreen or android but are simple so want an idiot proof OS. That's what they are going for.

iOS and Android are still far superior. Plus the Marketplace is cack and overpriced with limited features but that's to be expected on a new comer really

See what happens on Nov 8th. There's a Samsung 'event' which is quite likely to be the release of the Google Nexus Two. This will probably be the Android phone to get as you should get OS updates on it a lot quicker than from other brands. The Windows Phone 7 powered phones are going to be very good too. The way I see it is you get whatever it is Blackberry users like but with an interface that's somewhere inbetween Android and iOS, the main criticism you see about them is the social integration on them. You get Microsoft's interpretation of what Facebook should be rather than a dedicated app. Not heard much else about WP7 though...

HTC any day, being open source makes it worth while as you can literally do what an iPhone can do and much more

Kerry got the HD7 yesterday.

Windows 7 is really nice, few things missing (like when iOS came out) but there's so many features that make you think, why doesnt my iPhone do that, it's simply brilliant.

I'd recommend making the effort to try the phones before choosing. Like the way w7p syncs your windowslive/facebook/gmail onto your phone.

Apps do seem a bit pricey though

You mean like android does?:!

I'd go for the desire (or one of its new iterations, the "HD" or the "Z") over WinPho. Windows is too new, too much of an unknown quantity at the moment.
I've never used Android.

Frogive me father for I have sinned.

Desire, Windows 7 will need a few iterations before it's worth buying.

Right i have managed to narrow the phone selection to

Blackberry Torch

HTC Desire

HTC Mozart

HTC HD7

Is the Windows 7 OS better than the Android ?
Anyone got any of these that can give a honest review

Cheers
