Apple shop m8. If it's a genuine update that's knackered it and you havn't jailbroken it.
I'm sure they'll sort it.

Downloaded iTunes 9 tonight and updated my 3gs to iOS4

However, now the ptone won't switch on, just says to connect to iTunes, I've tried a restore and get error 21, tried a soft reset and it failed, tried a hard reset and it failed again.

What the fuck now? :|
