You don't if you upgrade, it's only on the first phone you have at the very start of the contract.

Ive just got my upgrade on 3, went from E71 to Nokia X6. Im not too impressed so far tbh. I dont know if its just this phone or all Nokia touchscreens (S60 5th ed) but it seems like im having to touch things 3 or 4 times before it does anything :( ideally i wanted the N900 but 3 dont carry it. Girl in the store didnt even know what it was :lol: Im not too sure what i should do? Can i go back into the store and say im not impressed :|
