Currently im using the web browser to access www.tvguide.co.uk and streaming live TV from there

Im at uni and cant get a decent signal for a freeview box and was just wondering if their is a better way of streaming than this? This method is fine for what i want and i would recommend it to anybody but it is impossible to get full screen :(

Also is their a way to get Sky Player, 4OD etc on the ps3 like Iplayer?
