That's because it's factory unlocked, they always fetch more due to them being up-datable having to re-jailbreak and unlock.

I'd rather risk it and save 40%!

A month or two second hand one will set you back around £380-400.

Older then that, £300 if you're lucky, usually upwards of the 300 mark though.

Whats the going rate for a new Iphone 3gs 16GB? brand new in black, having a look around the net and getting a lot of mixed prices and £500+ keeps popping up alot. :!
