Also grab something like PeerBlock, won't save you from getting caught but it offers some protection.. :thumbs:

Some email clients have built in newsgroup readers. You connect to a newsgroup server and search for whatever newsgroup interests you.

Do a Google search as I can't remember exact names.

Download a client like Utorrent, you may need to open the correct ports to ensure it works properly. Visit one of the milions of torrent sites, download the torrent then open it with the client.
