I've recorded in HD 1080p video quality. What I'm trying not to do is either lose the quality or have the video resized.

Ideally I'm trying to convert it to mpeg so I can edit it.

what are you trying to convert 1080p to, i'm guessing the source is mkv?

there's an all around movie converter but i can't remember the name atm but if you search my posts you'll be able to find someone who asked the same question and I posted the link there

Hello,

I'm struggling to find a downloadable video converter which will convert MP4 video files to other formats. I'm also looking for the converter to retain the 1080p video size that it has been filmed in.

Does anyone know any good free software that will be able to do this?

Cheers
Tim
