oihhh cant get this thing to work tried everything now. just keeps saying no signal or invalid format!

funking ninja hands mate.
when i was woking at a pub i helped myself to a few pint glasses.
Got myself a badger one but dropped it accitdently when getting out of the car at home.

It is mate, its now accompanied by a bottle of Sambuca, Jagermeister and Amaretto too :cool:

Oh and the JD bar mat i stole from a pub one night while she went to get my drink, I can't believe she didn't notice when she came back :lol:

Works on both ps3 and xbox, down to your preference, I use my ps3 purely because i use it more and can check whos online, iv used it on the 360 and works just as well tbh.

You can download free programs where you can force change the resolution if your laptop doesnt have the setting needed.

All i had to do was change the aspect ratio on my tv to a different setting

yeh tried all the diff setting on laptop and tv but nothing. i have a ps3 how you doing that?

You changed the resolution? could be wrong res for the tv.

As brett said just a VGA to HDMI (if your tv is HD)

Can you not look in the properties on your laptop to adjust the settings?

Ps3? Could use a usb hdd? your tv probs has usb in.

all depends on the type of output your laptop has.

...or just a VGA cable (assuming your laptop has an out and the tv has an in).
