yea just go through all your emails and for anything you dont want anymore sign in to that site and cancel the account, job done

Search your email for something like username or login and see what emails you have.

Google your email address and username - might be stating the obvious but it's a start?

Is there a website that I can go to that tells me what websites my email is registered to?

such as im a member on here

so a list like

Corsasport
UKPASSATS
Hotmail
etc...

Over the years we all do it and forget which sites we are a registered user of,
but i have been trying for the life of me to Cancel/Delete things i dont want
and i know there are places that i am forgeting about.
