Hmm the X9i actually looks like a better deal :)

I've never had one come off mine, I've managed to dent the bezel ring on my Submariner and I replaced it which is how I know its all interference fit :)

Was far, far cheaper to buy a bergeon bezel puller and a bezel ring than get it done by an authorised Rolex workshop.

Funnily enough Mine is a Sea Dweller Deep Sea and although I haven't managed to knock it or drop it with any particular force I'd be mightly pissed is anything came off it! However I have heard of the Submariners loosing there Bezel Markers as you descirbe

The Submariner and Seadweller models will lose their bezel markers if they are dropped or it gets a hard direct impact I'm not talking about the bezel its self..

I've got a Rolex as has my Dad and a couple of friends and I can safely say the Bezels have never popped off any of them, also got a Speedmaster and there's no double sided sticky tape in sight!

I've got a black Planet Ocean (the james bond watch) its £2,100rrp watch and its got a stick on bezel.. Rolex drivers watches are only interference fit, they pop off all the time.

I'm not an omega fan but that would put me right off.

Omega Seamaster for example..

High end as in who?

I wouldn't pay over £20 for a watch with a bezel held on by tape.

You'd be shocked how many high end divers watches use double sided tape to hold on the bezel indicator discs.

At that price, I don't think anyone on here will have used one

They are about £300 over here, to be honest that chicken feed compared to other watches I own, *BUT* its not really a collectors item, it wont be an investment, its a toy.. I know its a complete and utter waste of money but its geeky enough to keep me entertained :D

Just read a couple of them.

I'd be more than a little concerned forking out $550 after reading some of the reviews

There are loads of GPS watches.

I'm really into watches, I normally buy classic high-end sports watches (I collect them) but this has caught my eye as its a watch and a really useful gadget:

Has anyone seen/used one before? I assuming that it has features like speed read-outs and location finders which would actually be really handy! For example if you park in a massive outdoor carpark you can log your position then tell the watch to find your car :)
