Whats the best site to download applications for the N97? I dont have winzip or anything like that. Theres alot of sites but just want a trusted one that people have used them selves.

Server isnt responding for updates at the mo

Im about to get one of these from vodafone tomorrow, anything i should do/need when i first use it and set it up. Make some suggestions as im upgrading from a sony ericcson c902 so have no idea about these kind of phones.

Sometimes it takes a while for Nokia to roll out the update everywhere.

I got a text nearly 3 weeks ago saying an update had been released (I have a 5800 - very similar phone) and I still can't get it.

I tried doing it via PC Suite but it doesn't recognise my phone :lol: You can do it through the phone which Nokia recommend. Bring up the dialler and tyle in *#0000#, then press Options and Search for updates. You can do it via WiFi or through 3G etc.

I've been looking about for a while now and on plenty of forums there are a lot of people saying that firmware version 11.0.21 fixes all the bugs etc but I can't find anywhere to download it!!!

Nokia Software Updater says that my current version 10.0.012 is the latest version :boggle:

Another thing i've just noticed is that now I've downloaded the latest version of Nokia PC Suite my phone is now charging via USB (didn't a minute ago)

Does anyone else get the feeling that this phone seems good but a little rushed and therefore it has quite a few problems etc?
