Its so easy to hack a hotmail account if you know the person well enough.
Their personnal question is usually personnal, so if you know them well enough you can answer it & gain access to their account & change the password etc.
I can't even remember the answer to my question

Email Hotmail Support, although if they have also changed your secret question, I imagine Hotmail's response will be something unhelpful like "set up a new account"...

Next time, try using a decent password that consists of at least 8 characters, which are a mixture of lower-case letters, capitals, numbers and symbols.

An example of a bad password would be "sneddz", an example of a good password would be "Q%z_8h£1".
