it can be done, (with lots of shouting and swearing and insults at the computer etc.) but its quite hard to do.
i've got this sort of thing but a belkin one (can't seem to find it on there) http://www.ebuyer.com/product/132431 and that does the trick well and cheaper than the official xbox one.

It can be done, I tried it once, but could never get it to work. Look on the microsoft website, there is a guide on there on how to do it.

i hope im going to make this sound right.
I have in 1 bedroom a pc connected via the router to the internet.
In my room i have my pc which i connect wirelessly via the router,
if i was to run a network cable from my pc to my 360 would this work or would i need to get a seperate wireless xbox connector/long network cable.
distance between rooms is probably about 10 meters, but to run a network cable from router to xbox woul need to be 15meters+
- to sum up i want to connect both pc and xbox wirelesly as possible withought paying £60 for the xbox wireless connector.
