think u need to set the ipod to maunal sync. Where u have to manually drag the tunes to ipod from itunes. That way it will stop the lappys itunes from trying to sync its self to that libary. cant quite remember how to do it though..

Ive added music to my pod from more than 1 computer without erasing the origanal libary

i have my ipod music libary on my main pc and some purchased songs from the itunes store on my laptop.

i want the puchased songs from my laptop to be put onto my ipod without erasing my existing music library from my main pc.

i've already done this with 15 purchased songs but i now have another 10 and i can't remember how i did it.

everytime i connect my ipod and click 'sync', it says i need to erase my existing music library (meaning i lose loads of songs) or cancel the action.

anyone know what to do?
