	In real world usage my iPhone loads web pages through wireless at the same speed as my laptop. No phone on an EDGE/3G connection will. That is all that matters.

	Thats showing people doing speed tests on an iphone and getting varying results. As has been shown on the speedtest thread in geek day speedtests don't mean anything. wifi is still faster than your network and it was a massive mistake leaving it out. I don't like the iphone either but the blackberry still won't sell as many :lol:

	I have no idead what speed it is, you said it was g. 802.11g gives 54mbps, i'm well aware this is theoretical top speed but it's still more than capable of over double 2 meg a second.

	PAYG won't be very good if you want to use the iphone for anything that needs data, which is the whole point of the iphone, I doubt payg on any network would be any good.

	Just got edge all setup on my iPhone so i can go online when not around wireless, mainly for email updates etc. Im on PAYG, topped up £10, went online to check my emails for literally 3-4mins and my £10 was gone :! Anybody else on o2 PAYG on iPhone?
