	the vaio repair service is excellent too, one of our customers dropped his laptop last week so we sent it away from repair. a nice chap in belgium that was fixing it for us keeps ringing me with updates, which is nice. was 6 months out of warranty but they're fixing it free of charge anyway [Edited on 26-09-2008 by andy1868]

	Yeah, i'll have to call Sony up tommorow. It's just the inconvenience of it all tbh. First my xbox 360 red rings me, then my ps3 breaks.. Next gen consoles FTL.
