You'll probably find that your e-mail provider prevents you from sending over 100 bcc's at a time though. I know both of my e-mail accounts do.

Why are the e-mail addresses in excel separated by commas, or is this a CSV file?

If all the e-mail addresses are in their own cells then you can setup a mail merge. If you have a look in help then it tells you exactly how it's done as I have done it quite a few times before.

How do i send bulk emails in outlook, i have the email address in an excel document, seperate by commas, which i exported from an outlook express address book a while back.

There is 1000's of contacts (customers).

I need to send the email to them all at once, but i dont want them to know that the email was also sent to 1000's of others.

Thanks, D
