Microsoft turn around for mine was 2 weeks - and they sent me a brand new console after I bought my half dead one off ebay, so ner :P

How many faulty PS3 threads do you hear off compared to dead 360 threads? Sony's customer service is superb and he'll be replaced with a new console within a few days, unlike the 4-week turn around Microsoft service.

Blu-ray drive faulty. Does it load DVD's? Have you got a Blu-ray to test?

I'm guessing a DVD will work, but a Blu-ray won't.

loads everything but the game, ive tried a few games, nothing under the game tab...

Any ideas?
