they have just not long been on phone, they didnt have any 80gig so have put in a 120gig for an extra £5 and its ready to be picked up :!

Sounds reasonable.

Send it to where i work and be charged the price of a new HD + 10%, then £80 an hour for the work.

Put my laptop into the local computer shop today for a new hard drive as it needed one,

£70 for 80gig plus fitting and fresh install of vista? acer 5050 laptop.

price sound about right?
