What OS are you running?, downloaded the correct version?. See if they have any FAQ online for the player or issues etc.. or even a forum. Digitalspy is pretty good for that kind of stuff. | |

Ensure you have the latest Java or Adobe flash installed first and try installing again. | |

Ive downloaded the new Sky Player programme for my PC but when i open the programme it comes up with " An error has occurd in the script etc etc, what does that mean? |
