What OS are you running?, downloaded the correct version?. See if they have any FAQ online for the player or issues etc.. or even a forum. Digitalspy is pretty good for that kind of stuff.

Ensure you have the latest Java or Adobe flash installed first and try installing again.

Ive downloaded the new Sky Player programme for my PC but when i open the programme it comes up with " An error has occurd in the script etc etc, what does that mean?
