Yea its a password protected it, i have the network key and the password and put them in.

How do i change it to the sky router?

I can click on it and then press connect, enter in the network key and password, then it says trying to connect and keeps saying acquiring network address, it says the network connection is excellent but just won't work

You sky router will have a username and password on a sticker underneath. These details will need to be changed in your laptop wireless settings as the wireless will still be setup to use Virgin.

Did you set it up yourself?

Follow instructions?

Is it a protected wireless? Eg it might need a password to connect to it.

Ive had a wireless working on this laptop before, changed it to sky from virgin, got it all set up, but when i go to connect to wireless it keeps saying acquiring network address and it never connects? I have to put the wire in the usb port and use the internet through that so it aint really wireless, any one know?
