well after allday yesterday trying to sort out the problem still no luck, i have turned off the firewalls on my pc and my router, i have even smart restored my pc back to how it was when i bought it and it still comes up with the same error, allso it wont let me download itunes :boggle:

im with orangehome, only got the router 2day and my conection back i crnt get into router settings as its saying my passwords wrong ffs lol, all i know is the router is called "orange livebox"

Just try turning off the router and windows firewall totally then see if that takes affect.

What kind of internet are you using? I used to use T-mobile datacard and they used to block MSN.

Router firewall?

right well im finally back online after around 5 months,non of you will have mised me or noticed i was gone :(. but im back now. the problem is my msn wont let me sign in what im getting when i try is ....

we were unable to sign you into windows live messenger at this time. please try again later.

windows live messenger has made several failed attempts to sign you in. your firewall may be blocking windows live messenger from conecting to the service please review your firewall settings.

now i have been into my fallwall settings turned off windows firewall etc and still no joy. does anyone have a clue wf is wrong with my pc cheers
