I was with Voda and they restarted the contract on a 12month even though i was 8 months through it allready. Ended up cancelling it all together.

I know i can upgrade but just wanted to know if i could try swindle a better phone out of them as i'm getting a better plan :o

you can upgraded your tarriff as soon as you want downgrading you have to wait 6months, never seen them start a new contract. you should just be able to ring and say you want to go on the more expensive contract sorted.

They ussually put you on a new 12 or 18 month contract and wont upgrade you phone, who are you with and how long have you got left ?

Want to change my current plan to a higher tariff as i'm using way over the monthly allowance, but could i ask for a better phone or upgrade :look:
