p.s im 100% sure you cant convert to .exe

Basically a chopped down version of Access, that'll only let the user view the database (and contents, like the forms).
It's like Powerpoint Viewer, except for Access.

You can use the Access Runtime to deploy it to users without the full version of Access, but not actually convert the file.
For an exe, I think you'd need to write it using VB with the Jet framework.

I have created a simple program in access, of which im just using a couple of forms to display data.

Is there anyway to convert this to a .exe or an application?
