Before I hooked my computer up to my sound system I used to stream music wirelessly and play it through the Xbox onto my system.

Can do anything like that, videos, pictures etc

It should do if you set the network up OK, if your not good at that kinda stuff use Winamp remote to stream, its the easiest one to use!

Yeh, I tried that before on my old 360. USB might be easier?? You reckon my PC will automatically pick up that the 360 is connected? like it would with a USB Pen Drive?

I did it via an RJ45 cable, normal ethernet one!

You can stream them from your PC, using Windows media player or Tversity, winamp remote.. shitloads of software out there to do it! :)

Is this possible?

I basically want to stick my movies onto the 360 HD then connect it to the tv and play them. Any kind of special software needed to do this or anything?
