Beyerdynamic DT250's (close back headphones), just upgraded versions of the famous DT100s, but have top reviews considering the price (around £70-80). Got a set here, use them from listening to music to song writing/late-night-mastering, and they produce a very accurate image of whats being played. Plus there brilliant at keeping background noise out

quote: Depends what you listen to, but Sennheiser HD25 are awesome (you'll see a lot of DJs with these). Or for something a little more 'reference style' then AKG's Studio range are brilliant!

I use Shure E2c's -- awesome sound and really keep noise out on planes (more so than the 'noise reducing' headphones in business class).
