Not off the sim but you'll lose stuff off the phone - text messages, pics/vids/music (if saved on phone), themes, phone numbers not backed up to SIM etc etc

Back everything up & do restore factory settings. Sorted mine out

See the other thread. Most people had to do a master reset. The firmware update solves the problem (Sony Update Service, install from the net or the Cd that came with it), but I'm not sure if it'll update correctly while the phone's still playing up.

Cant seems to get into my inbox or outbox. Comes up with "Operation FailedŁ when i try.

I can write a message, but it doesnt send when i try.

Everything else on the phone seems ok?
