never heard of that :P does it let you program a macro via the program would be pretty easy. i tested in word and i managed to get it working ok...

are they printing one page off a time sort of thing and what program from if its something like word make a macro that does it for you so they cud just shortcut it to a key combo and hit that and it goes to both printers?

what if hes printing it so one comes out in the office, one in the warehouse then you would waste more time printing them both on one printer, then taking it to the warehouse etc.

Gonna have to buy the program (whats £75 when it saves you hours in a week/month)

yeh i have tried this but absolutely no sites have cracks/keygens past version 3.1. I also thought of downloading that version but cant find it anywhere

thanks for replies, yeh they could pay for it but im a partner in it so dont really want to lol
No way they can click print twice, time is already short when they have 200 to 300 invoices to print in an hour.
Ian have seen that before but cant really work out how to use it? what port do i put in etc?

probably but wot company eva wants to spend money? :) i dont see wut the problem is doing one at a time ctrl+ p and clicking twice cant be much of a time difference between the two ?

yeh I read that unfortunately not there is a hp 2100 and a hp1020 :(
there are a few more programs like print distributor but all demos
Was hoping there was a windows setting somewhere.

Are the two printers the same?

Just reading some stuff about print pooling but it requires that the all have the same driver.

might buy a licence but its £75 and there must be a way around it. I cant send to one and then the other as its for work and its a busy warehouse/office so needs to come out in both places at same time

i have been using a demo called print distributor for last few weeks to send the prnt job to 2 printers, but the demo is running out...anybody know how to easily make it print to 2 printers?
