Samsung whores

I went for a Samsung F71 at the beginning of the year. The only option was the Sony X series, but I couldn't justify the money for nothing much except looks.

Don't think "you must have a glass stand". Get a cabinet that fits in with your decor, rather than something that looks completely odd. The "long and low" style cabinets get my thumbs up:

I have the 46" M87, it's nice. Spent a long time looking at reviews and online comparisons etc.. We got the black glass stand 1/2 price from Dixons when purchased with the TV. Paid over £100 more than it is now in June. So it's a good price also.

I'd recommend Samsung too. I've got a 32" Samsung TV and a 22" Samsung PC monitor. Both are fantastic :)

How much are they roughly PhilC as I may need to get one?

It makes them look pretty! Check out Tesco Extra stores. Good price.

Apparently, you "must have glass stands when you buy any flat panel TV" is this true? :look:

I agree with Philc

Samsung is the best choice.

Yes, you can.

Anyone else. Also Aj - why did you choose that particular one?
