Whatever you do don't restart it while its flashing the bios even if it looks like its crashed as it will fook it.

As above, yeah the updates are cumulative. I tend not to flash the bios unless its absolutely necessary.

i hate doing bios updates, althought they can be very useful.
Just make sure you know EXACTLY what your doing first and exactly how to do it.

am i right in thinking that installing the current update will include all of the previous bios update fixes?

ie: current bios is 1006 and the lastest update is 1805, but theres about 6 different updates in between. will the latest update include all of the fixes from 1006 to 1805?
