Sony Vaio would be Blu-ray, yes? It'd be marked on the drive itself I think. Mine is marked DVD, +R/RW, etc. | |

go to device manager and check to see if it is or not. Could just be a graphics card with Hdmi output | |

....That because my new vaio laptop has an Hdmi output, it has an hd Dvd player(the laptop has a 1080p screen, so does this mean the hdmi is for playing hd films on the laptop?):boggle: |
