Apart from VNC, i've used RemotelyAnywhere which wasn't that good to be honest and Remote Administrator, which isn't free, but can be had from the "special" shop, it's pretty damn small and a piece of piss to use and would highly recommend it (though it isn't cross-platform, ie: windows only). | |

I found Dameware to be a good tool, and it installs itself on the client you want to connect too. | |

We only use the free version. You can control the other computer and access its files on your computer though. | |

Not sure if its the same thing your after but we use www.logmein.com Its all done over the internet. You download the software onto each pc and then you can control them remotely if there turned on. | |
